To setup mail in Mail.app for MacOS, please follow these steps.
1. Open Mail.app and go to the Tools Menu > Add Account
2. Select "Other Mail Account"
3. Enter your Name, Email Address, Password then click "Sign In"

4. Enter the complete server information as shown below.

5. On the "Select the apps you want to use with this account" screen, select "Mail"
