Configuring POP3 account access

While we suggest that you use the IMAP server type, there are instances where you may prefer to use POP3. The primary difference is POP3 downloads your email to your computer instead of saving it on the server.

If you choose to use POP3, use the following server info:

Incoming POP3 Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
  • Port 995 (SSL enabled) or 110 (SSL disabled)

Outgoing SMTP Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com

  • 465 (SSL enabled); 25, 587, or 8025 (SSL disabled)
  • Authentication for SMTP is required. Please use your full email address and password as the credentials.
